Permanent Recruitment

Prior to each search assignment, we meet with you to fully understand your needs. This allows us to ask questions, determine specific requirements, and gain a deeper understanding of your organization and culture. We want to know the story behind hiring and what success looks like before we roll up our sleeves and get to work.

EXPAND THE REACH

Once we have a complete picture of the ideal candidate, we begin our research to identify potential candidates. To complete this process, we review our internal database and may also post positions on our own website and other online job boards to attract and determine more candidates.

REPLACING A GOOD LIST

We then contact all potential candidates. Each search involves a "headhunt" where we "market" your opportunity to all candidates, whether they are actively searching or not. Interested and relevant candidates are interviewed directly by your senior consultant to assess their suitability. We also provide feedback on the progress of the search.

SHORT LIST

Only when we are satisfied that the candidate pool is fully exhausted do we assemble our list of candidates. Each submission comes with updated resumes and consultant feedback adding context and allowing you to read between the lines.

FACILITATION

From there, we coordinate all stages of the client selection process. We have complete meeting rooms for interviews at your disposal. And we stay connected with candidates. That way we know where they are in the possible position and can address any of the issues that inevitably arise.

VERIFICATION

After selecting the final candidate, Our lead consultant will personally conduct thorough reference checks. This includes verification of academic credentials and any other special security or background reports required by you. We also offer a variety of candidate evaluation reports.

NEGOTIATION

When you're ready to make an offer to your chosen candidate, we play an important role in putting the pieces together. We offer advice on structuring compensation, advise on negotiations and serve as a bridge in resolving doubts or details to everyone's satisfaction.

CHECK BACK

Our work doesn't end when your offer is accepted. We maintain close contact with the candidate to ensure their transition to your organization on the start date.
